Di pelatihan ini, peserta dibekali tentang bagaimana mengajar yang unik dan kreatif.<\/p>\n<p>Tak tanggung-tanggung, Yustinus Budi S SPd MPd, guru berprestasi Surabaya pun didatangkan dalam pelatihan yang diikuti sebanyak 35 mahasiswa pengajar tersebut. &quot;Lewat pelatihan pengajar, diharapkan peserta yang himpunannya belum ada program mengajar bisa menginisiasi program mengajar,&quot; ungkap mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Industri angkatan 2011 ini.<\/p>\n<p>Hal senada juga diungkapkan Muhammad Faris Afif Sukin, Direktur BSO IECC. Beberapa perwakilan Himpunan Mahasiswa Jurusan (HMJ) yang hadir memang telah memiliki program pengabdian masyarakat di bidang pendidikan dan pengajaran. Sebut saja HMTI Mengajar ataupun Kampung D3KKIM. Menurut Faris, banyaknya HMJ yang menyelenggarakan program mengajar menjadi salah satu potensi tersendiri yang harus difasilitasi. Salah satunya adalah dengan pelatihan ini.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Pelatihan ini baru pertama, ke depan kami berharap kegiatan seperti bisa dilaksanakan rutin dan terkonsep seperti Latihan Keterampilan Managemen Mahasiswa (LKMM) di ITS&quot; ungkap Faris. Usai pelatihan, peserta juga mendapatkan Kegiatan Pasca Pelatihan (KPP), dimana dengan KPP tersebut diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan peserta ketika turun mengajar.
