Kegiatan ini akan berlangsung selama tiga hari. Materi yang diberikan tidak hanya membahas ilmu agama namun juga membahas tentang cara manajemen organisasi yang baik. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153 Seorang pemimpin yang yang berhasil adalah pemimpin yang dapat melahirkan pemimpin yang hebat dibawahnya,\u00e2\u20ac\u2122\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 tutur Ibnu Eka selaku pemateri.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Uniknya pada kegiatan ini, peserta dipersaudarakan dengan orang yang belum dikenal sebelumnya, mereka harus saling mengingatkan dan juga saling bekerjasama seperti pada saat rasullulah mempesaudarakan kaum Anshar dan Muhajirin saat hijrah. \u00e2\u20ac\u02dc\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 Kami persaudarakan antar peserta agar mereka saling mengingatkan apabila salah satu dari mereka salah,\u00e2\u20ac\u2122\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 tutur Chaironi selaku Ketua Departemen Kaderisasi<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Kegiatan ini merupakan sebuah bukti bahwa &nbsp;seorang aktivis dakwah kampus bukanlah seorang yang hanya mempelajari ilmu agama saja, namun juga bagaimana menjadi seseorang yang dapat berkontribusi pada masyarakat karena islam itu <em>kaffah<\/em>. \u00e2\u20ac\u02dc\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 Setelah mengikuti acara ini, kader JMMI diharapkan bisa mengamalkan ilmu yang diperoleh ini pada masyarakat \u00e2\u20ac\u02dc\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 pungkas Chaironi.
