Hal ini memang telah sesuai dengan permintaan dari Unri sebelum bertandang. <\/p>\n<p>&#8221;Meski begitu, juga akan diberikan tambahan. Seperti hal-hal mengenai perencanaan dan penganggaran, pola pengadaan barang dan jasa serta peran satuan pengawas mutu,&#8221; ujar Husni. Kunjungan tersebut merupakan ajang <em>sharing<\/em> ITS terhadap Unri. ITS akan memaparkan sistem yang dianutnya dalam berbagai bidang secara gamblang.<\/p>\n<p>Hal ini dibenarkan oleh Dr Yanuar, Wakil Rektor II Unri. Ia mengatakan bahwa kunjungan ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari kerjasama ITS-Unri sejak Februari 2012, khususnya dalam bidang keuangan. Dalam kerja sama tersebut, ITS mengajarkan sistem keuangannya kepada Unri. &#8221;Setiap <em>weekend,<\/em> ada yang datang ke Unri memberikan pelatihan kepada para staf keuangan,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Kerjasama ini juga tidak lepas dari keberhasilan ITS dalam menjalankan sistem keuangan Perguruan Tinggi Badan Layanan Umum (PT BLU). Berkat hal tersebut, sistem keuangan ITS diminta Direktorat Jenderal Dinas Perguruan Tinggi (Dirjen Dikti) untuk diaplikasikan ke seluruh PT BLU, tak terkecuali Unri.<\/p>\n<p>Selain dalam hal keuangan, Unri juga tertarik belajar mengenai perencanaan dan penganggaran. &#8221;Dalam dua bidang ini, ITS juga bagus. Apalagi di tahun 2014, ITS akan segera menerapkan konsep keselarasan antara perencanaan dan keuangan,&#8221; lanjut Yanuar. <\/p>\n<p>Ia pun berharap, kunjungan ini akan memberikan pandangan yang sama kepada para pejabat keuangan Unri. Utamanya, dalam menjalankan sistem keuangan yang transparan dan<em> akuntable<\/em>.
