Hanya mereka saja yang terlibat dalam Kampung Binaan Sosiopreneur berbasis Ternak Lele. Lokasinya di kawasan Keputih Pompa, Sukolilo.<\/p>\n<p>Departemen <em>Public Relation and Communication <\/em>(PRC), Himatekk telah melakukan survei selama empat bulan sebelum akhirnya menentukan lokasi tersebut. Sesuai rencana, dana O3 akan digunakan untuk membantu masyarakat di lokasi pilihan.<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;Di sana ada lahan kosong yang dapat dibuat kolam bersama,&#8221; ujar Muhammad Iqbal, koordinator acara. Sejak Senin (21\/5) lalu, tim PRC bersama dengan warga desa membuat kolam lengkap dengan perlengkapannya.<\/p>\n<p>Yang menarik, Himatekk turut menggandeng Departemen Sosial Masyarakat (Sosmas) Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Fisika (HMTF). Pembagian tugas pun dilaksanakan. HMTF lebih fokus pada pelatihan budidaya lele.<\/p>\n<p>Sementara Himatekk banyak bergerak pada pra dan pasca panen. Yaitu mulai dari pembuatan kolam hingga penjualan lele. Selain itu, tim dari Himatekk juga melakukan pengawasan rutin untuk memantau kondisi ikan. <\/p>\n<p>Himatekk juga mengandeng Dinas Pertanian bidang Perikanan Kotamadya Surabaya. Usaha potensial ini akan diberi sebuah <em>branding <\/em>tersendiri agar dapat berkembang lebih pesat. Sebagai bentuk dukungan, pihak Dinas Pertanian turut memberikan 500 bibit ikan lele.<\/p>\n<p>Iqbal menjelaskan, ada target rencana strategis (renstra) budidaya lele ini selama tiga tahun. &#8221;Target besarnya ingin mendirikan rumah makan lele dan terdaftar dalam Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (BPOM),&#8221; terang mahasiswa angkatan 2010 ini.
