Tema ini diangkat terkait isu nasional tentang Masterplan Percepatan dan Perluasan Pembangunan Ekonomi Indonesia (MP3EI).<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;Melalui seminar ini, kami berharap dapat berkontribusi dalam menginisisasi MP3EI dan menghasilkan teknologi dan inovasi yang dapat membantu lajunya lompatan ekonomi daerah,&#8221; tutur Deny Alamsyah ST MSc selaku ketua panitia.<\/p>\n<p>Tidak tanggung-tanggung, sebanyak tiga pakar kenamaan didapuk hadir sebagai <em>keynote speaker<\/em>. Ketiga <em>keynote speaker<\/em> tersebut adalah Dr Ir Tatang A Taufik selaku perwakilan BPPT, Prof Ir I Nyoman Pujawan MEng PhD pakar rantai pasok dan Drs Kresnayana Yahya MSc pakar statistika sekaligus konsultan bisnis.<\/p>\n<p>Kresnayana Yahya mengawali materi pertama dengan tema Peta Daya Saing Indonesia. Dalam paparannya, ia menyayangkan ketidakmampuan sektor industri Indonesia dalam memproduksi berbagai rancangan teknologi yang telah dikembangkan oleh peneliti.<\/p>\n<p>&#8221;Ada yang salah dengan <em>policy<\/em> negara ini,&#8221; katanya tegas. Ia menyebutkan salah satu kasus negeri yang tak kunjung usai yakni pajak. &#8221;Pajak mengimpor komponen teknologi sangat tinggi dibandingkan langsung mengimpor teknologi jadinya,&#8221; lanjut Kresnayana. Keadaan ini tentunya yang membuat Indonesia sulit untuk mendorong pengembangan teknologi mandiri. <\/p>\n<p>Usai presentasi dari ketiga<em> keynote speaker<\/em> tersebut, seluruh <em>paper<\/em> dari peserta dipresentasikan secara paralel di sepuluh ruang berbeda di kampus MMT ITS. Antusiasme peneliti dalam acara seminar ini tergolong tinggi. Terbukti tidak kurang dari 115 <em>paper <\/em>terkumpul untuk dipresentasikan dan dipublikasikan dalam kesempatan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Salah satu <em>output<\/em> yang dihasilakan dari seminar ini adalah <em>prosiding <\/em>dan rekomendasi terkait pengembangan ekonomi daerah. <em>Output <\/em>tersebut nantinya akan dibagikan kepada <em>stakeholder<\/em> yang berkepentingan untuk menjadi rujukan pengembangan ekonomi daerah.
