Pelatihan ini&nbsp; diselenggarakan oleh Jurusan Teknik Siskal ITS dengan Institute Of Marine Engineering Science and Technology (IMAREST) bagian timur. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Alfian Bone,&nbsp; koordinator acara ini mengatakan, tujuan dari acara ini adalah membantu&nbsp; <em>fresh graduate<\/em>&nbsp; FTK untuk mengetahui penerapan teori yang mereka dapat di dunia nyata. &#8221;Pengalaman nyata di lapangan tentunya sangat berguna bagi para peserta,&#8221; tutur Alfian.<\/p>\n<p>Pelatihan ini berlangsung selama tiga hari sejak tanggal 12 sampai 14 Oktober. Tema yang dipilih dalam pelatihan ini adalah pemeriksaan kapal di atas dok. Para peserta diberikan materi mengenai berbagai macam teknik <em>survey<\/em> kapal oleh pemateri dari IMAREST dan dosen FTK.<\/p>\n<p>Materi yang diberikan pun dirancang aplikatif. Sebut saja materi-materi seperti pengetesan cacat las, perawatan mesin kapal, pengetesan kelistrikan pada kapal dan lain sebagainya.<\/p>\n<p>Pelatihan ini rencananya akan dilaksanakan rutin tiap tahunnya. &#8221;Pelatihan ini cukup penting untuk membekali <em>fresh graduate<\/em> mengenai aplikasi nyata, tentunya kami akan rutin mengagendakan pelatihan seperti ini,&#8221; jelas mahasiswa semester tujuh Teknik Siskal ini.<\/p>\n<p>Uniknya walaupun target peserta adalah <em>fresh graduat<\/em>e, namun peminat paling besar dari pelatihan ini adalah alumni FTK yang telah lama lulus dan sudah bekerja. Namun karena target yang telah ditetapkan adalah <em>fresh graduate<\/em>, panitia terpaksa menolak keinginan dari alumni tersebut.&#8221;Antusiasme tersebut menunjukkan bahwa materi ini ternyata memang selalu bermanfaat sampai di dunia kerja,&#8221; ujar Alfian.(izz\/rik)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pembekalan wisudawan tentang dunia kerja hampir selalu dilakukan untuk menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja .
