Kampus ITS, ITS News \u2014<\/b> Fakultas Desain Kreatif dan Bisnis Digital (FDKBD)<\/a> Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS)<\/a> kembali menggelar Creabiz International Week (CIW) sebagai langkah memperkuat kolaborasi global. Menghadirkan akademisi dan praktisi mancanegara di bidang bisnis, desain, dan humaniora, kegiatan ini dijadwalkan berlangsung selama empat hari mulai Senin (26\/10).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Wakil Rektor III Bidang Sumber Daya Manusia, Organisasi, dan Teknologi Sistem Informasi ITS Imam Baihaqi ST MSc PhD menyambut positif kegiatan tersebut. Ia mengungkapkan bahwa tensi geopolitik dan dinamika dunia yang kian bergejolak menuntut adanya komunikasi serta koneksi erat antarsesama. \u201cOleh karena itu, kita membutuhkan keselarasan langkah dalam mewujudkan kepentingan bersama demi nilai-nilai kemanusiaan,\u201d tuturnya.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dosen Departemen Manajemen Bisnis ITS<\/a> itu menerangkan bahwa CIW menjadi wadah penting untuk saling bertukar gagasan dan melahirkan solusi nyata lintas disiplin ilmu. Menurutnya, ruang kolaborasi ini perlu dilanjutkan melalui berbagai skema, seperti riset bersama hingga mobilitas mahasiswa dan dosen. \u201cLangkah-langkah kecil melalui pertukaran ide pada kegiatan ini dapat menjadi awal lahirnya perubahan besar bagi dunia,\u201d imbuhnya.<\/span><\/p>\n

Lebih lanjut, Dekan FDKBD ITS Ellya Zulaikha ST MSn PhD memaparkan, gelaran ketiga CIW ini mengangkat tema <\/span>Designing the Future:<\/span><\/i> Navigating Technology, Society, Business, and Global Transformation<\/span><\/i>. Gagasan tersebut dinilai relevan dengan berbagai tantangan disrupsi teknologi dan eskalasi bisnis yang kian masif di era sekarang. \u201cFDKBD ITS berupaya menjawab transformasi itu melalui integrasi antara inovasi, kebutuhan manusia, dan sosial ekonomi,\u201d jelasnya.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dalam rangkaiannya, CIW menyuguhkan beragam agenda menarik bagi mahasiswa maupun dosen dari seluruh departemen di lingkungan FDKBD ITS. Untuk mahasiswa, Ellya membeberkan adanya kuliah tamu, seminar, dan lokakarya yang dipandu oleh 13 pembicara dari tujuh negara. Melalui rangkaian agenda tersebut, mahasiswa diharapkan dapat berpartisipasi aktif serta saling berbagi pengetahuan dan wawasan yang diperoleh selama kegiatan berlangsung.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sementara itu, bagi dosen, kolaborasi ini membuka peluang kerja sama riset yang lebih luas dan mendalam. Sinergi tersebut mencakup diskusi gagasan dan penelitian bersama antara pengajar FDKBD ITS dan akademisi mancanegara. \u201cHal ini turut mendorong pertukaran budaya akademik guna memperkuat rekognisi bersama di kancah internasional,\u201d imbuh Dosen Departemen Desain Produk ITS<\/a> itu.<\/span><\/p>\n

Di samping itu, Ellya menambahkan, perhelatan ini turut dimeriahkan dengan eksibisi karya visual dari para tamu mancanegara. Salah satunya ialah eksibisi bertajuk <\/span>Design is the Message<\/span><\/i> oleh seniman Brazil Felipe Taborda. Lewat karya retrospektifnya sejak 1983 hingga saat ini, Taborda merefleksikan desain sebagai kritik atas dinamika sosial budaya global pascakultural.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Pada momentum yang sama, agenda CIW turut menandai peluncuran program gelar ganda atau <\/span>double degree <\/span><\/i>antara ITS dengan dua perguruan tinggi mancanegara. Melalui skema ini, Program Studi (Prodi) Sarjana Manajemen Bisnis ITS kini resmi bermitra dengan HSE University, Saint Petersburg, Rusia. Sementara itu, Prodi Magister Desain Interior ITS menggandeng University College Sedaya International (UCSI), Malaysia guna menghadirkan pengalaman belajar secara global.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Dengan demikian, langkah internasionalisasi ini semakin mengukuhkan komitmen ITS dalam mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Poin yang didukung meliputi poin ke-4 tentang Pendidikan Berkualitas dan poin ke-17 tentang Kemitraan untuk Mencapai Tujuan. Melalui CIW, sivitas akademika ITS diharapkan mampu menyerap praktik terbaik dari para pakar global untuk menjawab berbagai tantangan di masyarakat. <\/span>(*)<\/b><\/p>\n
