Dalam penyampaianya, Redza mengungkapkan, jika aktivis LDJ ingin LDJnya&nbsp; berkembang dan bertahan, maka mereka harus mempunyai otak dan jiwa seorang pebisnis yaitu berani ambil resiko dan tidak kebanyakan berfikir.<\/p>\n<p>Redza mencontohkan, seorang pebisnis akan sigap mengambil peluang jika peluang itu datang, karena mereka berpikir kesempatan tersebut tidak datang dua kali. Ia juga tidak takut mengambil resiko dan cenderung menggunakan otak kanan dalam mengambil keputusannya. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Inilah yang harus ditiru aktivis LDJ dari seorang pebisnis, kalau banyak berfikir, gak jalan-jalan nanti\u00e2\u20ac\u009d jelas mantan ketua Unit Kegiatan Kerohanian Islam Universitas Surabaya (UKKI Ubaya) ini.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, ada dua kunci yang harus dimiliki pengurus lembaga dakwah jika ingin organisasinya tetap bertahan, yaitu memahami esensi dakwah dan adanya kesadaran berkorban. Menurut Redza, esensi dakwah adalah semua tindakan yang dilakukan hanya untuk mencari Ridho Allah SWT. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Jika kita benar-benar paham mengenai ini, kita akan bertahan dalam kondisi apapun, <em>insya<\/em> Allah,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d terangnya.<\/p>\n<p>Ia melanjutkan, saat ini banyak aktivis dakwah yang tidak tahan berada di lembaga dakwah karena kurangnya kader. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Sebenarnya jika ia paham, maka ia akan terus berjalan dengan berapa pun jumlah kader,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d tegasnya. Namun, hal itu bukan berarti menjadikan ia berpangku tangan, ia harus tetap berusaha untuk mengajak orang lain ikut serta dengannya.<\/p>\n<p>Sedangkan kesadaran berkorban akan timbul jika kepahaman sudah ada. Jika seseorang paham dengan apa yang dilakukan, maka ia akan melakukan hal tersebut dengan maksimal. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Namun, hal ini butuh penjagaan dan saling mengingatkan diantara kita sesama aktivis,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d imbuh pria murah senyum ini.<\/p>\n<p>Di akhir wawancara, Redza berpesan supaya aktivis dakwah bergaul&nbsp; dengan mahasiswa lainnya tanpa pilih-pilih. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Kita harus bercampur dengan mahasiswa lainnya, namun kita tidak larut,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d tutup pria yang biasanya dipanggil ustadz ini dengan semangat.
