ITS Campus, ITS News \u2014<\/strong> To further strengthen its image, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS)<\/a> continues to conduct promotions and showcase itself to the wider public. This time, the branding reinforcement is carried out by holding the ITS Education and Innovation Expo 2026, which contains academic exhibitions and seminars at the Aloft Hotel by Marriott Pakuwon City Surabaya for three days, starting Friday (22\/5).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

While opening the exhibition that will run until Sunday (24\/5), ITS Vice Rector I for Academic and Student Affairs Prof Nurul Widiastuti SSi MSi PhD explained that this event, which is being held by ITS for the first time, is a form of the Hero Campus’s commitment to promoting the existence of its institution. “This commitment is aimed at the general public, both high school students and the surrounding community, so they can know the educational environment and the innovations produced by ITS in detail,” stated the Professor of the ITS Chemistry Department<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In line with Nurul, the Head of the ITS Admission and Promotion Sub-directorate Nani Kurniati ST MT PhD conveyed that the ITS Education and Innovation Expo 2026 serves as a medium to introduce various innovations, works, and academic experiences possessed by ITS to the wider public. Namely through activities packaged in the form of edufairs<\/em>, workshops<\/em>, to Admission, International Program, and Scholarship consultations.<\/p>\n

In addition to the education exhibition, a number of interesting and festive activities are also presented every day. Information services from eight faculties and the ITS Interdisciplinary School of Management and Technology (SIMT)<\/a> are even opened for visitors. “Furthermore, the ITS Directorate of Student Affairs (Ditmawa) also exhibits the achievements of ITS student activity units and research teams,” said the lecturer of the ITS Industrial Engineering Department<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In more detail, on the first day, paid activities that can be attended include Rapid Prototyping by Alvian Toto Wibisono ST MT PhD, an AI in Robotics Workshop titled Start from Scratch by the ITS Robotics team and Dr Rudy Dikairono. In addition, there are also AI for Teaching Workshop activities by Siska Arifiani SKom MKom, FDKBD Comic Creation Workshop by Dr Rabendra Yudhistira, Creative Content Coaching Clinic by the CEO of Sexy Javanese Accent Natasha Keniraras ST (Natkeni), as well as Postgraduate Scholarship socialization which can be attended for free.<\/p>\n

Interestingly, on the second day, there are two interesting activities, namely a Mobile Legends game competition for high school students or equivalent, as well as a Talkshow by Amadeo Yesa and Nicholas Evan Sitanggang, who are participants in Indonesia’s largest educational game show Clash of Champions (COC), which can also be attended for free. Not only that, other free activities are also held such as the National Medical Record and Hospital System with World-Class Security Levels and an AI for Image Processing Workshop by Ilham Gurat Adillion SKom MKom.<\/p>\n

In addition to free activities, the second day also carries out paid activities including a talkshow<\/em> on Strategies to Achieve LPDP Scholarships and an introduction to mechatronics titled Obstacle Avoidance Car by Adlina Taufik Syamlan ST MT PhD. Not only that, a Robot for Beginner Workshop by Dr Imam Wahyudi and Dr Bambang Sampurno, Ansoff Matrix for Market Expansion by Harisatul Agustin SAB MAB MBA, Utilization of Dry Leaves as Aesthetic Functional Products by Dr Firman Hawari, and Building a Disaster-Resilient City by Prof Adjie Pamungkas.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, on the last day, there is one activity for anime fans, namely a One Piece Anime Cosplay Meet and Greet that can be attended by the general public. Paid workshops are also held with the themes of Biosensors for Halal Food Detection by Prof Dr rer nat Fredy Kurniawan SSi MSi and Digital & Data-Driven Business: From Insight to Strategy by Dr Achmad Choiruddin SSi MSc and Dr Dyah Santhi Dewi.<\/p>\n

This activity is expected to be able to attract the interest of high school students and the general public to continue their studies at ITS. At the same time, to further strengthen ITS’s image as a university that does not only focus on mastering science, but also the development of skills, creativity, and student experience at the national and international levels. “Students who study here will get facilities and experiments that are truly prepared, so they graduate maximally,” she concluded hopefully.<\/p>\n

This activity becomes ITS’s concrete step in strengthening the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia. This effort is in line with SDG point 4 regarding Quality Education and point 17 regarding Partnerships for the Goals. (HUMAS ITS)<\/strong><\/p>\n
