Kegiatan yang digelar di Auditorium Lantai 2 Tower 2 ITS ini berbagi praktik transformasi budaya organisasi guna memperkuat budaya kerja yang adaptif, inovatif, dan berkelanjutan.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Kepala Biro Umum, Keamanan, dan Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja dan Lingkungan (BUK4L) ITS Dr Any Werdhiastutie ST MSi menyebut bahwa peningkatan kualitas perguruan tinggi tak lepas dari peran tenaga kependidikan (tendik). Menurutnya, tendik memiliki kontribusi penting dalam menjaga kualitas tata kelola dan kinerja institusi melalui dukungan terhadap penyelenggaraan layanan akademik maupun nonakademik.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Untuk mendukung peran tersebut, lanjut Any, diperlukan penguatan kompetensi yang disertai dengan penanaman budaya organisasi yang baik. Ia melihat budaya kerja masih sering dijalankan hanya ketika terdapat penilaian atau kompetisi tertentu sehingga belum sepenuhnya menjadi bagian dari perilaku sehari-hari.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Oleh karena itu, ITS menghadirkan kegiatan<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> benchmarking<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> bertema <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Beyond Systems: The Importance of Work Culture<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> sebagai sarana pengembangan diri bagi para pegawai. Melalui kegiatan ini, Any berharap tendik ITS dapat memperoleh perspektif baru mengenai strategi membangun budaya kerja. \u201cNantinya budaya kerja tersebut bisa diterapkan sebagai kebiasaan sehari-hari,\u201d tutupnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sependapat dengan Amy, Grup Head Culture Transformation BRI Abdul Wahid Wijaya membagikan pengalaman BRI dalam membangun budaya organisasi di lingkungan kerja. Ia menilai budaya organisasi harus diwujudkan dalam kebiasaan yang dijalankan secara konsisten oleh seluruh pegawai, tidak hanya sekadar tertulis dalam aturan institusi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lelaki yang akrab disapa Wahid tersebut menambahkan, budaya organisasi tidak hanya harus diterapkan sehari-hari agar dapat berkelanjutan, tetapi juga harus adaptif. Dirinya meyakini bahwa perguruan tinggi harus membangun budaya yang berorientasi pada keberlanjutan. Hal tersebut penting agar budaya yang dibangun bisa menyokong tujuan institusi hingga masa depan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Untuk mewujudkan budaya organisasi yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan, lanjut Wahid, BRI menerapkan kerangka Influence Model yang terdiri atas I Understand, I See, I Am Capable, dan I Am Reinforced by Systems. Melalui model tersebut, BRI berupaya menanamkan nilai organisasi melalui keteladanan pimpinan, pengembangan kompetensi pegawai, serta penguatan sistem dan kebijakan yang selaras dengan budaya kerja perusahaan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lewat kegiatan ini, ITS berupaya memperkuat budaya kerja yang adaptif, inovatif, dan berintegritas di lingkungan kampus. Pembelajaran dari transformasi budaya BRI diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan kinerja institusi.
