Keduanya menyampaikan materi tentang Self Esteem yang tentunya sangat berguna bagi pembentukan kepribadian seorang calon mawapres. Self esteem adalah sesuatu yang terkait bagaimana seseorang menghargai dirinya sendiri. &quot;Tentunya sangat penting bagi Anda, seorang mawapres, untuk menghargai diri anda,&quot; tutut Rustini kepada peserta MBESS.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam sesi ini, ada banyak tes yang dilakukan oleh mereka berdua. Misalnya saja tes untuk mengukur semangat dan motivasi berprestasi. Tesnya pun cukup unik. Peserta diminta untuk menulis sebuah cerita berdasarkan <em>outline<\/em> yang telah diberikan. Dari tulisan tersebut, Sri dan Rustini dapat menilai sejauh mana semangat dan motivasi berprestasi para peserta MBESS. <\/p>\n<p>Sedangkan tes lainnya digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kepercayaan diri seseorang. Tes dilakukan dengan cara menjawab sepuluh pertanyaan yang diberikan dengan kategori sangat setuju, setuju, tidak setuju, dan sangat tidak setuju. &quot;Jika total skor Anda kurang dari atau sama dengan lima belas, maka Anda harus lebih percaya diri dan menghargai diri Anda,&quot; ungkap Rustini seraya memandu para peserta. Ada pula tes yang mengukur sejauh mana peserta dapat menilai dan mengenal dirinya masing-masing. <\/p>\n<p>Di akhir sesi, Rustini berpesan agar para peserta senantiasa mencintai diri mereka masing-masing. &quot;Galilah segala kebaikan yang ada dalam diri Anda dan buang semua hal-hal negatif yang ada di pikiran Anda,&quot; tuturnya. Dia juga berharap agar peserta selalu nyaman dengan diri mereka sendiri.
