Pengukuran <em>safety culture maturity<\/em> seringkali bersifat dangkal dan gagal menyentuh akar permasalahan sistemik. Menjawab permasalahan tersebut, lulusan program doktor <a href=\"http:\/\/its.ac.id\/tindustri\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Departemen Teknik Sistem dan Industri (DTSI)<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/its.ac.id\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS)<\/a> Dr Wisda Mulyasari SST MT mengembangkan <em>safety culture maturity<\/em> model dengan pendekatan sistem kerja <em>sociotechnical macroergonomic<\/em>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Wisda memaparkan bahwa urgensi penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi pendekatan macroergonomic ke dalam <em>safety culture maturity<\/em>. Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan lima <em>subsistem sociotechnical<\/em> secara utuh, yakni organisasi, beban tugas, manusia, lingkungan, serta alat dan teknologi. Pendekatan ini relevan, khususnya di industri, dengan risiko tinggi seperti industri berbasis proses kimia yang pada aktivitas prosesnya memiliki potensi bahaya seperti kebakaran, ledakan dan pelepasan zat beracun.<\/p>\n<p>Menyadari celah itu, ia terdorong untuk merumuskan safety culture maturity model komprehensif yang mengacu pada standar <em>Process Safety Managemen<\/em>t (PSM) OSHA 3132. Wisda berhasil membuat inovasi bernama <em>Resilient Safety Culture Maturity Model<\/em> (RSCMM) beserta instrumen pengukurannya.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_108676\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-108676\" style=\"width: 1265px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-108676\" src=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/04\/wisda-doktor-ti-1.jpeg\" alt=\"Dr Wisda Mulyasari SST MT saat menjelaskan disertasinya pada Sidang Promosi Doktor di Departemen Teknik Sistem dan Industri ITS\" width=\"1265\" height=\"900\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/04\/wisda-doktor-ti-1.jpeg 1265w, https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/04\/wisda-doktor-ti-1-300x213.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/04\/wisda-doktor-ti-1-1024x729.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2026\/04\/wisda-doktor-ti-1-768x546.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1265px) 100vw, 1265px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-108676\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Dr Wisda Mulyasari SST MT saat menjelaskan disertasinya pada Sidang Promosi Doktor di Departemen Teknik Sistem dan Industri ITS<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Hal ini dinilai krusial karena tingkat resilient hanya dapat dicapai jika seluruh subsistem kerja telah selaras secara utuh. \u201cIntegrasi memastikan bahwa upaya peningkatan keselamatan tidak lagi bersifat parsial, melainkan sebuah transformasi struktural yang mampu mengantisipasi gangguan sebelum menjadi bencana,\u201d terang doktor yang juga aktif di Golden Age Concert Paduan Suara Mahasiswa (PSM) ITS tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Lebih lanjut, perempuan berusia 37 tahun tersebut merumuskan enam tingkatan RSCMM yaitu <em>Pathological<\/em>, <em>Reactive<\/em>, <em>Calculative<\/em>, <em>Proactive<\/em>, <em>Generative<\/em>, hingga <em>Resilient<\/em>. Penelitian ini menetapkan 41 indikator pengukuran tervalidasi secara empiris melalui pengujian statistik. Kesuksesan Wisda dalam meneliti turut mendukung upaya ITS dalam mencapai Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
