Masing-masing adalah Goris Mustaqim, seorang entepreneur muda yang telah sukses di kancah internasional. Dalam kesempatan ini, ia didaulat untuk menyampaikan materi bertajuk Wirausaha Yes, Pendidikan OK.<\/em> \u00e2\u20ac\u009dMemang menjadi seorang wirausaha tidak harus membutuhkan pendidikan tinggi. Tapi, juga jangan melupakan pendidikan,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d papar penerima anugerah XL Indonesia Berprestasi Indonesia ini.<\/p>\n

Dalam seminar ini, Goris banyak memberikan motivasi kepada para peserta seminar yang sebagian besar adalah mahasiswa. Diantarnya adalah Seorang wirausah menjadi besar karena potensi yang dimiliki, bukan karena faktor darimana seseorang berasal. <\/p>\n

Lebih jauh, salah satu nominator dalam Asia\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Best Young Entepreneurship Award <\/em>ini memaparkan ada tiga cara agar dapat berkembang. Pertama adalah menjadi sehat, mampu bergaul dan mau merubah pola pikir. \u00e2\u20ac\u009dTiga hal yang membuat pola pikir saya berubah. Diskusi, tekanan, ketemu orang besar, dan memimpin langsung,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d terang Goris kemudian.<\/p>\n

Sedangkan pembicara kedua adalah Laila Asri seorang bussines woman, owner dari PT Adila Imperium. Dalam kesempatan kali ini, Laila banyak menjelaskan mengenai strategi pemasaran dan menghadapi persaingan di dunia bisnis. Menurutnya, indikator keberhasilan sebuah usaha sangat ditentukan oleh pemasaran.<\/p>\n

Istri dari Andi Sufariyanto ini menjelaskan ada banyak faktor yang sangat menentukan keberhasilan strategi pemasaran. Kesemuanya berhubungan dengan sifat dan sikap seorang wirausaha. Contohnya adalah kefokusan pada tujuan usaha, sasaran usaha, perhatian pada konsumen, kemampuan mengarahkan hingga keberanian dalam mengambil sebuah tindakan. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Tak ada ceritanya orang yang ragu-ragu itu sukses,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d tegasnya.<\/p>\n

Baik Goris maupun Laila, keduanya memberikan bekal yang sama untuk menjadi wirausaha sukses. Goris mengatakannya sebagai ATM, yaitu Amati Tiru dan Modifikasi. Sedangkan Laila mendefinisikannya sebagai Note Apply dan Modify<\/em>.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu, NEES kali ini berbeda dengan seminar pada umumnya. Acara yang baru kali pertama digelar juga diwarnai dengan hadirnya sebelas perempuan yang berpakaian tak biasa. Menurut Nur Andriani, ketua panitia, mereka adalah para penari Saman. \u00e2\u20ac\u009dSemuanya berasal dari angkatan 2010 yang akan menghibur para peserta seminar sekaligus sebagai penutup rangkaian acara Chernival,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d ungkap mahasiswa angkatan 2008 ini.<\/p>\n

Selain diwarnai dengan Tari Saman,  NEES pun juga diisi dengan presentasi dari tiga finalis dari Make and Sell Competition (MSC). Ada Cocopillow dari Universitas Gajah Mada, Juragan Degan dari Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember Surabaya, dan Brownlish dari Institut Pertanian Bogor.
