Dalam riset kali ini, lulusan program doktor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/tsipil\/id\/beranda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Departemen Teknik Sipil ITS<\/a> Dr Danny Triputra Setiamanah ST MT MEng menggugah inovasi desain Slab Track berbasis material maju dan sistem panel untuk pengembangan infrastruktur kereta cepat nasional.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><em>Slab track<\/em> merupakan komponen struktur penting yang berfungsi sebagai landasan rel pada sistem kereta api cepat dan telah diterapkan pada proyek Kereta Cepat Jakarta \u2013 Bandung. Inovasi ini hadir sebagai respons atas minimnya riset yang terkait, serta belum tersedianya standar nasional khusus untuk desainnya.<\/p>\n<p>Untuk itu, dengan kurangnya penelitian mengenai hal ini di Indonesia mendorong perlunya pengembangan desain yang lebih adaptif. \u201cPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menunjukkan kesiapan ITS dalam mendukung pengembangan kereta cepat secara mandiri di Indonesia,\u201d jelas lelaki berusia 31 tahun tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Ia menyampaikan, tingginya kekakuan yang dibutuhkan pada<em> slab track<\/em> membuat sistem ini menuntut perawatan yang presisi, sekaligus berdampak pada biaya konstruksi dan pemeliharaan yang besar. Material maju dinilai mampu meningkatkan ketahanan lelah dan kontrol retak beton, sedangkan sistem panel dirancang untuk mempermudah proses perawatan dan penggantian komponen secara parsial.<\/p>\n<p>Dikatakan Danny, pemilihan material dan sistem ini didasarkan pada pertimbangan peningkatan durabilitas serta efisiensi material, sekaligus kemampuannya meningkatkan kinerja struktur melalui mekanisme <em>bridging effect<\/em> pada beton serat. \u201cDengan sistem panel dan material maju, kebutuhan perawatan dapat diminimalkan dan biaya pemeliharaan menjadi lebih efisien,\u201d terang lelaki asal Palembang tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Alumnus sarjana Teknik Sipil ITS ini juga mengungkapkan hal tersebut dibuktikan melalui hasil analisis yang menunjukkan peningkatan performa signifikan pada aspek kontrol dan distribusi retak serta stabilitas perilaku pasca-retak dibandingkan prototipe referensi. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar ilmiah dalam pengembangan standar nasional desain <em>slab track<\/em> kereta cepat di masa mendatang.<\/p>\n<p>Ke depan, ia berharap inovasi <em>slab track<\/em> karya sivitas doktoral ITS ini dapat diimplementasikan pada proyek kereta cepat nasional sekaligus memperkuat kemandirian teknologi transportasi berbasis riset anak bangsa.
