Inovasi ini divisualisasikan secara interaktif melalui teknologi augmented reality (AR).<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ketua tim KKN Abmas Muhammad Hanif Khairurrijal menjelaskan bahwa Surabaya dipilih sebagai lokasi penelitian karena adanya peningkatan suhu yang signifikan. Menurut data Badan Meteorologi, Klimatologi, dan Geofisika (BMKG), tren kenaikan suhu di kota ini mencapai 0,5\u00b0C per dekade, tertinggi di Indonesia. \u201cUrbanisasi yang masif membuat ruang terbuka hijau berkurang sehingga intensitas UHI di Surabaya semakin tinggi,\u201d paparnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Hanif menuturkan, hasil analisis menunjukkan tren kenaikan suhu permukaan pada 2016\u20132019, penurunan drastis pada 2020 akibat berkurangnya aktivitas saat pandemi Covid-19. Kemudian, kembali meningkat pada 2021\u20132023 karena pengaruh El Nino. \u201cPada 2024, suhu kembali menurun berkat revitalisasi taman kota dan penambahan ruang terbuka hijau di Surabaya,\u201d lanjutnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lebih lanjut, tim menemukan adanya hubungan negatif antara indeks vegetasi (NDVI) dan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">land surface temperature<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (LST). Semakin rapat vegetasi, semakin rendah suhu permukaan yang tercatat. \u201cMeski faktor lain juga berpengaruh, penelitian ini membuktikan vegetasi menjadi elemen penting dalam mitigasi UHI,\u201d terang mahasiswa Departemen Teknik Geomatika itu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dalam pelaksanaannya, mahasiswa terlibat aktif dalam akuisisi citra satelit Landsat 8, pengolahan data menggunakan ArcGIS Pro dan Google Earth Engine, hingga validasi lapangan dengan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">thermohygrometer<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Melalui teknologi ini, masyarakat maupun pembuat kebijakan dapat melihat perbedaan suhu antar kecamatan di Surabaya secara interaktif. \u201cVisualisasi AR membuat data lebih komunikatif, interaktif, dan mudah dipahami,\u201d imbuhnya dengan bangga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Penelitian yang dibimbing oleh Dr Ing Noorlaila Hayati ST MT dan dukungan anggota Laboratorium Geospasial Departemen Teknik Geomatika ITS ini menghasilkan rekomendasi penting bagi pemerintah kota. Salah satunya penambahan ruang terbuka hijau di kawasan padat penduduk terdampak UHI. Dukungan anggota laboratorium turut berperan besar dalam keberhasilan riset, mulai aspek teknis hingga pengolahan data. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Terakhir, KKN ini diharapkan dapat menjadi kontribusi nyata dalam mendorong kualitas hidup masyarakat perkotaan.
