Robot ini dilengkapi dengan berbagai fitur yang dapat mempermudah mendeteksi sumbatan di saluran bawah tanah secara lebih cepat dan tepat.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Salah satu anggota tim Zhafarullah Ahmad menyampaikan bahwa robot ini ditujukan untuk meminimalisir tenaga manusia dalam memeriksa kondisi gorong-gorong saat terjadi sumbatan. Di samping itu, inovasi ini juga berangkat dari permasalahan saluran bawah tanah yang kerap tersumbat saat musim hujan hingga bisa memicu terjadinya banjir. \u201cDengan adanya RoboGo ini diharapkan bisa menemukan lokasi titik sumbatan itu lebih cepat,\u201d tutur pemuda yang akrab disapa Ahmad ini.<\/p>\n<p>Bersama dua rekan timnya, Rezky Dwi Santika dan Rigel Ramadhani Waloni, robot yang merupakan proyek mata kuliah Telematika ini dirancang dengan menyesuaikan bentuk gorong-gorong yang panjang dan tertutup. Hal itu terlihat dari robot yang dilengkapi dengan kamera untuk menampilkan kondisi gorong-gorong secara langsung melalui aplikasi RoboGo. Sensor tersebut berfungsi untuk menginformasikan jarak dan posisi hambatan yang terdapat di depannya. \u201cKita juga bisa tahu kecepatan, arah, dan titik posisi robot itu ada di mana dari posisi awal diterjunkan,\u201d paparnya.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam pengoperasiannya, robot yang pernah dipamerkan di gelaran Computer Engineering Expo 2025 di ITS ini menggunakan baterai berkapasitas 6.000 mAH yang mampu bertahan selama lima hingga enam jam. Meski masih berupa prototipe, tim mahasiswa angkatan 2022 dari Departemen Teknik Komputer ITS ini berharap inovasinya tersebut dapat terus disempurnakan, khususnya pada aspek ketahanan dan sistem penggerak robot.
