Marzuki Imron ST didapuk untuk menjadi pemateri pertama dalam acara ini. Imron mulai menyampaikan materi setelah sebelumnya acara&nbsp; dibuka dengan sambutan dari Ketua Umum JMMI, Refi Efendi. Terdengar ramai riuh tawa peserta ketika materi ini berlangsung. Dengan penyampaian yang atraktif dan menarik, Imron berhasil meguasai <em>audience<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Menurut Imron, niat baik harus dibarengi dengan cara yang baik. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Sehingga, tujuan baik yang telah kita rencanakan akan memberikan hasil yang baik pula,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d paparnya. Dengan gaya yang humoris, materi tentang bagaimana seharusnya sikap seorang mentor yang dibawakannya membuat suasana Teater B menjadi sangat meriah.<\/p>\n<p>Para mentor yang menghadiri acara ini juga dibekali dengan materi Manajemen Mentor Sukses. Asnando Danu SSi, Alumni Fisika ITS sekaligus pemilik usaha Blue Printing ini menjadi pembicara pada materi tersebut. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Menjadi seorang yang produktif memang bagus,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d ujar Asnando.&nbsp; Akan tetapi, lanjutnya, menjadi seseorang yang bisa membuat orang lain produktif adalah hal yang dibutuhkan oleh semua orang.<\/p>\n<p>Ditemui ditangah acara, Ahmad Khalid, selaku Direktur BPM JMMI berkata bahwa tujuan dari acara ini adalah memotivasi para peserta untuk dapat menjadi mentor. Menurutnya, banyak mahasiswa yang berpotensi dan mempunyai kemampuan untuk menjadi mentor. <\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u009dSayangnya, banyak yang tidak mau untuk menjadi mentor,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d ungkap Ahmad. Menurut Ahmad, alasan yang mereka kemukakan biasanya karena merasa kurang pantas untuk menjadi mentor. Kedepannya, Ahmad berharap acara ini dapat meningkatkan semangat para peserta untuk dapat berpartisipasi menjadi mentor.<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Saya termotivasi untuk menjadi mentor,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d ujar Agro Wisudawan, peserta acara ini. Agro berpendapat bahwa dengan menjadi seorang mentor maka ia dapat&nbsp; membagikan ilmu yang telah didapatkan. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Saya juga ingin turut andil dalam menjaga generasi pemuda di kampus ini agar tak terjerumus ke dalam hal yang tidak berguna,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d pungkas mahasiswa Teknik Kelautan angkatan 2009 ini.
