Hal tersebut mendasari salah satu doktor <a href=\"http:\/\/its.ac.id\">Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS)<\/a> Dr Diah Risqiwati ST MT dalam meneliti metode deteksi kondisi relaks berakurasi tinggi melalui analisis sinyal otak yang disebut <em>Effective Relax Acquisition<\/em> (ERA).\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Perempuan yang akrab disapa Kiki ini menjelaskan bahwa kondisi relaks merupakan faktor penting dalam terapi stres, kesehatan mental, dan peningkatan kualitas hidup. Di samping deteksi kondisi relaks secara fisik, penggunaan EEG kerap menjadi alternatif karena mampu mengukur gelombang aktivitas otak secara komprehensif. \u201cNamun, data yang dihasilkan oleh EEG berdimensi tinggi sehingga proses klasifikasi data menjadi tantangan tersendiri,\u201d ujarnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Guna menjawab tantangan tersebut, alumnus S2 Program Studi Telematika <a href=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/telektro\/id\/departemen-teknik-elektro-its\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Departemen Teknik Elektro ITS<\/a> ini mengembangkan konsep <em>Effective Relax Acquisition<\/em> (ERA). Perekaman berfokus pada gelombang Alpha yang merupakan indikator utama kondisi relaks. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya diolah menggunakan metode <em>Continuous Wavelet Transform<\/em> (CWT) untuk menganalisis sinyal dalam domain waktu dan frekuensi secara rinci.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Lebih lanjut, istri dari Dr Hanugra Aulia Sidharta ST MMT ini menguraikan bahwa sinyal EEG yang telah diolah selanjutnya dipilah sesuai dengan karakteristik sinyal untuk kondisi relaks. Sistem mengenali pola perubahan aktivitas otak berdasarkan lokasi elektroda (spasial) dan perubahan gelombang dari waktu ke waktu (temporal). \u201cSetelah itu, data diklasifikasikan menggunakan algoritma <em>machine learning<\/em>,\u201d imbuhnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Adapun algoritma <em>machine learning<\/em> yang digunakan Kiki adalah model K-Nearest Neighbour (K-NN) dan Mamdani Intuitionistic Fuzzy Rules Set (MIFRS). Selain itu, ia juga berharap adanya kolaborasi dengan rumah sakit dan lembaga penelitian untuk mengimplementasikan sistem ini dalam dunia medis. \u201cSupaya membantu terapi kesehatan mental dan pemantauan kondisi pasien secara <em>real-time<\/em>,\u201d tuturnya penuh harap.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Penelitian yang dikembangkan oleh Kiki ini turut mendukung pencapaian <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Sustainable Development Goals<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (SDGs) poin ketiga, yakni kehidupan sehat dan sejahtera.
