Guru besar <a href=\"http:\/\/its.ac.id\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember<\/a> (ITS) Prof Dr Ir Arif Djunaidy MSc menyoroti pemanfaatan <i>big data <\/i>yang semakin mendominasi sektor perdagangan elektronik di Indonesia.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Seiring meningkatnya transaksi digital, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">big data<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> menjadi aset berharga bagi perusahaan dalam memahami perilaku konsumen dan meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis lewat perdagangan elektronik<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Perkembangan ini semakin pesat mengingat Indonesia adalah salah satu negara dengan jumlah penduduk terbesar di dunia. \u201cHal ini menunjukkan nyatanya perkembangan perdagangan elektronik yang signifikan di tengah perubahan digital,\u201d ujar Arif.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Arif menjelaskan, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">big data<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> dalam perdagangan elektronik dikarakterisasi oleh lima aspek utama, yang dikenal sebagai 5V<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">yaitu <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">volume, velocity, variety, veracity,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> dan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">value<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Volume <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">mencerminkan jumlah data yang masif dari transaksi pelanggan dan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">velocity <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">merujuk pada bersamaannya kecepatan data yang dihasilkan dan diproses. \u201cUkuran data perusahaan telah mencapai skala <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">terabyte<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> yang jauh melampaui skala <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">gigabyte <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">yang umum didapati lima tahun lalu,\u201d jelasnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/si\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Dosen Departemen Sistem Informasi ITS<\/a> ini melanjutkan, <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">variety <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">sendiri menggambarkan keberagaman data, baik yang terstruktur seperti transaksi pembelian maupun yang tidak terstruktur seperti ulasan pelanggan dalam bentuk teks, suara, dan video. Kemudian <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">veracity <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">yang memastikan keakuratan data agar tidak bias dan memberikan wawasan yang valid bagi perusahaan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Veracity <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">juga menunjukkan bahwa data yang tidak bersih dapat menyesatkan dan menghasilkan keputusan bisnis yang keliru. Kecerdasan buatan (AI) kemudian digunakan untuk memanfaatkan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">big data<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> di sektor perdagangan elektronik<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u201cSalah satu implementasi AI yang paling umum dalam <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">e-commerce<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> adalah sistem rekomendasi yang bekerja dengan menganalisis preferensi dan riwayat pembelian pengguna,\u201d ungkap Arif.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Selain itu, AI juga digunakan dalam segmentasi pelanggan berdasarkan minat dan pola belanja. Segmentasi ini membantu perusahaan dalam menargetkan iklan dan penawaran produk yang lebih relevan dengan preferensi pelanggan. \u201cMisalnya pelanggan yang sering mencari produk fashion akan dikelompokkan dalam kategori khusus agar rekomendasi lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhannya,\u201d jelasnya.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tak hanya pengelompokan jenis dan sifat konsumsi pelanggan, AI juga berperan dalam memprediksi tren pembelian, membantu penjual mengelola stok barang, dan strategi pemasaran. Dengan analisis data historis, AI dapat memperkirakan produk yang diminati pelanggan dan mengatur ketersediaan secara efisien. Tak hanya itu, AI juga memungkinkan personalisasi iklan berdasarkan profil pengguna dalam pemasaran digital.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dosen berkacamata ini juga menyoroti peran AI dalam menyokong upaya untuk mencapai Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Pemanfaatan AI dalam perdagangan elektronik<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0selaras dengan SDGs khususnya nomor sembilan, yakni mendorong inovasi industri. Dengan teknologi yang semakin canggih, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional sekaligus memberikan layanan yang lebih baik bagi pelanggan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Arif mengungkapkan, perkembangan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">big data<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> dan AI yang terus maju juga berimbas pada iklim perdagangan elektronik di<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Indonesia yang akan turut semakin berkembang pesat.
