Hard skill yang diperoleh semasa kuliah tak seimbang dengan soft skill yang didapat. Oleh karena itu, IKA telah menyiapkan beberapa program untuk mahasiswa yang tahun ini diawali dengan pemberian beasiswa kepada aktivis.
