https://www.its.ac.id/news/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2017/11/3030.jpeg211149Persiapan yang dilakukan oleh Badan Pelaksana Mentoring (BPM) ini seakan hanya melatih calon mentor baru. Tetapi pelatihan ini juga salah satu tahapan seleksi mereka. Sebelumnya, sudah ada dua seleksi, yaitu tes tulis dan wawancara. Kedua tes ini sudah dilakukan di semester genap tahun ajaran 2005-2006.
