https://www.its.ac.id/news/wp-content/uploads/sites/2/2017/11/4170.jpeg180118Otonomi perguruan tinggi sebagaimana yang telah diamanatkan oleh HELT (Higher Education Long Term Strategi) DIKTI menjadi permasalahan tersendiri bagi PTN maupun PTS. Dilingkungan PTN misalnya, ITB, UI, dan UNAIR yang telah mengambil status otonom model BHP, sedangkan UNDIP sedang ngotot memperjuangkan status otonom BLU. Tulisan ini mencoba mendeskripsikan alasan pemilihan model BHP atau BLU bagi PTN yang belum menentukan status otonominya.
