ITS pun memiliki kegiatan serupa, di bawah badan yang bernama Unit Pelaksana Teknis Tata Usaha dan Kearsipan (UPT TU dan Kearsipan). Agus Santoso SSos, kepala bagian unit tersebut menjulukinya 'unit penyelamat informasi vital ITS'.
