Program ini sendiri adalah rangkaian proses kaderisasi yang bertujuan untuk menempa aktivis dakwah kampus. Berbeda dengan PSI 1 dan 2, PSI yang ke 3 ini lebih mengkhususkan pada pembinaan calon-calon pemimpin JMMI di masa yang akan datang.
