Konsep yang perlahan mulai diterapkan di ITS itu dikupas dalam seminar Information and Comunication Technology dalam rangkaian Lomba Cipta Elektronika Nasional yang berlangsung 29 April – 1 Mei di Graha Sepuluh Nopember.
