Namun, kali ini dalam bentuk beasiswa untuk masyarakat sekitar kampus. Program ini merupakan bagian dari Community Development yang sedang diusung kampus ini dalam rangka ITS Peduli Masyarakat Sekitar Kampus. Persyaratannya pun sederhana. Hanya lulus SMA dan merupakan pemuda kurang mampu dari kelurahan yang ada di sekitar kampus ITS.
