Salah satunya adalah penambahan tim internal audit ITS. Saat ini ITS memiliki jumlah auditor internal yang terbatas. Tim auditor ini bersifat independen dan berhak menilai kinerja seluruh unit di ITS bahkan tingkat rektorat.
