Mereka hadir dalam acara Silaturahmi dan Meeting Koordinasi IKA ITS dan Kampus ITS. Tidak hanya pejabat ITS yang diundang, beberapa perwakilan BEM ITS pun turut duduk dalam forum diskusi dan sosialisasi tersebut.
