Mengusung tema Memperkuat Spirit Kebersamaan dalam Mewujudkan ITS untuk Indonesia, gelaran ini dihadiri oleh para pimpinan pusat dan daerah IKA ITS. Dan dalam momen inilah turut dibahas pengembangan sektor maritim ITS dari sudut pandang akademisi.
