Berada di perguruan tinggi yang menjadi pusat penelitian poros maritim, mahasiswa Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) kembali menerlurkan teknologi baru di bidang maritim. Kali ini adalah karsa cipta karya empat mahasiswa ITS yang menginovasi kapal perang tiraman bersayap sehingga kapal ini dapat terapung di air maupun dapat terbang rendah di atas permukaan air dan darat.
