Walaupun usia sudah berkepala empat, Pustakawan Ruang Baca Fakultas Teknologi Kelautan (FTK) ITS tersebut tetap aktif menulis. Prestasi terakhirnya adalah meraih peringkat 13 lomba penulisan yang diikuti pustakawan seluruh Indonesia.
