Respon lambat yang kerap dialami saat menghubungi nomor darurat seperti 118 kini tidak lagi menjadi masalah. Pasalnya, tiga mahasiswa Institut Teknologi Surabaya (ITS) telah menciptakan aplikasi handal menjawab permasalahan tersebut bernama Q-Care.
