Jurusan Arsitektur kembali menambahkan satu mahasiswa dengan predikat doktor. Berangkat dari permasalahan ruang kota di Surabaya, Dr Ir Agus Dwi Wicaksono lic rer reg menyusun suatu model baru. Menurutnya, model tersebut mampu menjawab tuntutan struktur ruang kota yang berkelanjutan.
