Surabaya, ITS News – Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) continues to show its commitment to helping provide solutions for the surrounding community. This time, it is proven through a collaboration with Bank Mandiri to distribute a Water Filter and Purification Machine (Bluewave Smart Water Drinking Fountain) assistance at the Yayasan Masjid Agung Sunan Ampel Soerabaja on Tuesday (17/2).
In his speech, ITS Vice Rector IV for Research, Innovation, Cooperation, and Alumni Prof Ir Agus Muhamad Hatta ST MSi PhD stated that the number of pilgrims at the Sunan Ampel Mosque can reach 120 thousand visitors per day. To facilitate the comfort of the pilgrims, clean water purification technology was introduced. This drinking fountain machine, which has high filtration technology and performance, is expected to be a sustainable support for drinking water and clean water.

Furthermore, the man familiarly called Hatta also appreciated the cooperation that has been carried out well with Bank Mandiri. “This collaboration proves that Bank Mandiri together with educational institutions can work together to provide real solutions for the community,” he said.
