The Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) is once again opening up opportunities for the general public to serve as non-civil servant permanent lecturers.

ITS Campus, ITS News — Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) is once again opening opportunities for the wider community in the recruitment of prospective non-Civil Servant (non-PNS) permanent lecturers from July 21 – August 31, 2025. This selection is open to meet the needs of 9 faculties, 32 departments and study programs, with a need for 38 lecturers.

ITS, ranked 509th in the 2026 Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) World University Rankings (WUR), is currently offering a wide range of opportunities for Indonesian citizens committed to becoming lecturers. The selection process is not only open to doctoral graduates but also to master’s graduates.

To recruit lecturers who meet the specified criteria, ITS conducts several selection processes, including administrative selection, basic competency selection (SKD), psychological testing, field competency selection (SKB), and finally, leadership interviews. ITS is committed to conducting selection processes that prioritize transparency and accountability at every stage of the recruitment process.

Quoting Announcement Letter Number: 9083/IT2.III/B/KP.01.00/VII/2025 concerning the Acceptance of Non-PNS Permanent Lecturer Candidates within ITS for the 2025 Fiscal Year, the following are the general requirements and procedures for registration.

General Requirements:
1. Indonesian citizens and obey the 1945 Constitution
2. Physically and mentally healthy
3. Good behavior and have never committed a crime
4. Not an active civil servant or not tied to another agency
5. Not currently tied to a civil service scholarship
6. Not a member of a political party
7. Meet the applicable age limit, which is a maximum of 35 years for Masters applicants, 40 years for Doctoral applicants and 45 years for Specialist 1 and Specialist 2 applicants
8. Ready to undergo a civil service bond with ITS for at least 5 years
9. Meet other requirements that have been determined on the official ITS website at the linkrekrut-dosen.its.ac.id.
Registration Procedures:
1. Create an account using an active e-mail on therekrut-dosen.its.ac.id page
2. Fill in and upload files according to the requirements and make an agreement on the confirmation page no later than August 31, 2025 at 23.59 WIB
3. One applicant may only register for one position

ITS also emphasized that all selection stages are free of charge. Furthermore, ITS has provided an official contact person for further questions regarding the lecturer selection process.
