The ITS Informatics Engineering Department lecturer revealed that this award reflects the values of ITS public relations which always prioritize transparency, innovation, and excellent public services. With this philosophy, ITS not only wants to be at the forefront of technological education, but also in making a real contribution to society through effective and professional communication.

Not only in information dissemination, AI is also applied in trend and public sentiment analysis, allowing ITS to be more responsive to community needs.
