ITS Campus, ITS News — Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) once again released 5,780 graduates at the 134th Graduation Ceremony which took place over six days, namely on October 3, 4, 10, 11, 24, and 25, 2026. The momentum held at Grha Sepuluh Nopember ITS marked the end of the academic journey as well as the beginning for graduates to apply their knowledge and competencies in society.
ITS Rector Prof. Dr. (HC) Ir. Bambang Pramujati, ST, MScEng, PhD, reminded the graduates not to stop at personal achievements after completing their education at ITS. “Make your knowledge and future positions useful to society, the nation, and the environment because personal achievements become more meaningful when they benefit others,” Bambang advised the graduates.
Of the 5,780 graduates, 121 graduated summa cum laude, 213 magna cum laude, and 1,020 cum laude. Meanwhile, of the 720 graduates receiving the Indonesia Smart Card-for-College (KIP-K) scholarship, two graduated summa cum laude, 34 magna cum laude, and 149 cum laude.

On the same occasion, ITS presented awards to the top graduates based on their Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA). Andhika Fathurrohman from the ITS Chemical Engineering Department was named the top undergraduate (S1) graduate and the top KIP-K scholarship recipient with a GPA of 3.98.
Meanwhile, Anggita Maharani from the ITS Business Statistics Study Program was named the best graduate of the applied bachelor’s degree (D4) with a GPA of 3.88. The best graduate award for the master’s degree (S2) was awarded to 24 graduates and for the doctoral degree (S3) to seven graduates, all achieving a perfect GPA of 4.00.
An award was also given to Tangguh Pratama Putra, the top graduate from the Nusantara Student Dormitory (AMN) scholarship program from ITS, who achieved a GPA of 3.72. The 2024 ITS Ambassador winner’s achievement completes the list of academic achievements of the graduates at this 134th Graduation Ceremony.

In addition to academic achievements, the diversity of graduates also strengthens ITS’s position as a globally oriented university. Thirteen international graduates from El Salvador, Tanzania, Syria, Palestine, Timor Leste, Cambodia, Kenya, Belgium, and the Netherlands completed their further education at ITS.
Amidst the euphoria of the graduation celebrations, the 134th ITS Commencement Ceremony was also marked by mourning for the passing of two graduates: Silfia Mei Wulandari from the Information Systems Undergraduate Program and Wiky Sabardi from the Industrial Engineering Doctoral Program. Both remain integral to ITS’s academic journey, remembered during the graduation ceremony.

Concluding his remarks, Bambang emphasized that graduation does not mean the end of the graduates’ connection to their alma mater. He encouraged the graduates to return to ITS as learners, mentors, collaborative partners, and supporters for the next generation. “So, come back to learn, become mentors, open up opportunities for collaboration, and provide support,” he concluded.
The ITS graduates’ enthusiasm for bringing their knowledge and skills to the community aligns with efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly point 4, which focuses on Quality Education. (ITS Public Relations)
