Not only improving the quality of lecturers and students,\u00a0but also the staff. The aim is to develop skills in accordance with its duties in the department, they are also got training to improve the quality of its work.<\/p>\n<p>In 2018, the Department of Technology Management organize an in-house training titled &#8220;Passionate, Positive, and be Happy at Work&#8221; with Agni S. Mayangsari as speaker.<\/p>\n<p>Located at the Tjokroaminoto ITS Building in Training Room, a two-day training on September 27 and 29, 2018 is very interesting. Agni, who is a trainer, motivator, seminar speaker, and training consultant, has been able to motivate the staff to work best with the positive motivation in accordance with their\u00a0jobs.
