Perkembangan ini mengharuskan perusahaan untuk mencari cara-cara baru dalam berinovasi untuk tetap bertahan dalam persaingan. Inovasi mencakup tidak hanya tentang produk atau jasa tetapi juga inovasi bisnis proses serta model bisnis.<\/p>\n<p>Bidang studi Manajemen Desain Inovasi menggabungkan tiga aspek penting dalam inovasi yakni <em>creative design<\/em>, strategi bisnis dan teknologi informasi. Spesialisasi Manajemen Desain Inovasi akan mengenalkan mahasiswa kepada prinsip, praktik, dan metode inovasi berbasis desain (<em>design-led innovation<\/em>), serta memberi bekal kemampuan akan teknik dan metode-metode untuk menjadi pemimpin bisnis dalam persaingan yang semakin ketat. Program ini memfokuskan &#8220;desain untuk inovasi&#8221; sebagai kemampuan khusus\u00a0 yang dapat diterapkan di berbagai konteks bisnis di era disrupsi dewasa ini.<\/p>\n<p>Mahasiswa akan mendapatkan pemahaman menyeluruh tentang pendekatan inovasi berbasis desain dan belajar bagaimana menerapkannya dalam lingkungan bisnis yang komplek. Pengajaran pada program ini mengedepankan pola pikir analitis dan kreatif, dan membekali mahasiswa dengan\u00a0 keterampilan yang luas dalam komunikasi, teknologi informasi, kemampuan berinovasi, dan berpikir kritis.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Learning Outcome<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mampu mengelola dan memimpin proyek inovasi menggunakan pendekatan design-thinking approach, mengembangkan produk\/jasa baru diberbagai sektor industri<\/li>\n<li>Mampu melakukan dan memimpin riset untuk mengenali kebutuhan pelanggan serta pemangku kepentingan, dengan mengaplikasikan metode terkini untuk mendefinisikan produk dan jasa.<\/li>\n<li>Mampu merancang kerangka strategis untuk mengimplementasikan inovasi produk atau jasa dengan menggunakan pendekatan sistem<\/li>\n<li>Mampu mengaplikasikan metode-metode terkini untuk mengembangkan solusi inovatif yang mampu menjawab kebutuhan pelanggan, mulai dari konsep kreatif sampai pada desain terpirinci.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"tlid-translation translation\" lang=\"id\"><strong><span title=\"\">Prospek Karir<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\n<span title=\"\">\u2022 Pengembangan Desain &amp;
