Menyelenggarakan pelayanan publik di lingkungan SIMT sesuai dengan amanat Undang-Undang No. 14 Tahun 2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik dan Peraturan lainnya yang berlaku di ITS.<br \/>\n2. Menyediakan, memberikan dan\/atau menerbitkan informasi publik di bidang akademik dan kemahasiswaan, yang berada dalam kewenangan SIMT kepada pengguna layananan informasi publik, selain infromasi yang dikecualikan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku.<br \/>\n3. Memberikan pelayanan sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku di ITS secara tepat, cepat, dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan.<br \/>\n4. Memberikan kemudahan dalam mendapatkan layanan dan informasi publik, dengan biaya terjangkau.<br \/>\n5. Membangun dan mengembangkan sarana, prasarana, dan memanfaatkan sistem informasi dalam pengelolaan layanan publik untuk mempermudah akses layanan.<br \/>\n6.
