Since 2019, Professor Jaros\u0142aw Korpysa serve as the Director of Doctoral School at the University of Szczecin&#8217;s. Professor Korpysa has presented at numerous conferences and written numerous articles on the subjects of entrepreneurship, labor market shifts, labor market inequality, and strategic company analysis. He supported the Human Resources and Mobility Activity, the 7th and 6th FP, the Marii Curie Action at the Universities of Vilnius, Lithuania; St. Gallen, Switzerland; and IWEIR, the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
