Internship Process (Credit Transfer)<\/h3>\n

1. PKS Application<\/strong><\/p>\n

– Students should check the list of partner companies at the following link: https:\/\/www.its.ac.id\/pembelajaran\/kerjasama-akademik-dirpaip\/kerjasama-magang\/<\/a>
\n– Students submit the PKS template to the Academic Administration according to the specified format.
\n– Students submit the soft file of the PKS to the Academic Administration for processing by DIRPAIP.
\n– The Academic Administration will contact the student once the PKS has been approved.
\n– Once approved, the Academic Administration will send the final soft file of the PKS to the student.
\n– Students must print 2 copies<\/strong> of the final PKS with the following requirements:
\na. Use A4-size Concord paper.
\nb. Attach 1 stamp duty<\/strong> to the First Party section.
\nc. Attach 2 stamp duties<\/strong> to the Second Party section.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong>
\nThe hard copies of the PKS must be submitted to the Academic Administration after they have been signed by the First Party.<\/p>\n

– After receiving the hard copies, the Academic Administration will process the document for the signature of the Vice Rector I (WR I).
\n– Once the PKS has been signed by WR I, the Academic Administration will contact the student to collect the document.<\/p>\n

2. Submission of Courses for Credit Transfer<\/strong><\/p>\n

Students complete the Credit Transfer Course Application Form for review by the Head of Study Program through the following link:<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong>
\nThe review results will be available no later than the second week of lectures<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

3. Check the Approved Credit Transfer Review Results<\/strong><\/p>\n

The list of courses approved by the Head of Study Program can be viewed through the following link:<\/p>\n

4. Input Courses into the Study Plan (FRS)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Students should contact their Academic Advisor to input and approve the approved credit-transfer courses in the FRS.<\/p>\n

5. Internship Data Confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\n

After completing the process with the Academic Advisor, students must confirm their internship information with the Academic Administration by providing the following data:<\/p>\n

– Name
\n– Student ID (NRP)
\n– Name of Internship Partner Company
\n– Internship Period
\n– PKS Status (Available\/Not Available)
\n– Internship Scheme (Independent Internship\/Impactful Internship)<\/p>\n

6. Upload Activity Evidence<\/strong><\/p>\n

Students must upload their activity certificate for the credit transfer process through the following link:<\/p>\n

7. Upload Documents to Student Connect<\/strong><\/p>\n

Students must upload all internship-related documents to Student Connect until the final grade is issued, including:
\n– Logbook
\n– Letter of Acceptance (LoA)
\n– Department Introduction Letter
\n– Integrity Pact
\n– Final Internship Report
\n– Certificate
\n– Internal and External Supervisor Assessments<\/p>\n

Alur Magang (Tidak Transfer SKS)<\/h3>\n

1. Mahasiswa mengajukan proposal magang kepada Admin Akademik untuk direview oleh Kaprodi.

2. Setelah proposal selesai direview dan ditandatangani oleh Kaprodi, Admin Akademik akan mengumumkan pengambilan proposal melalui Telegram.<\/p>\n

Catatan:<\/strong>
\nMaksimal proses review proposal adalah *3 hari kerja* (tidak termasuk hari pengumpulan, hari libur, dan tanggal merah). Apabila proses review melebihi batas waktu tersebut, mahasiswa diharapkan melakukan follow up kepada Admin Akademik sesuai program studi masing-masing:<\/p>\n
