Dr Syarifa received her doctorate degree from School of Management, Economics, Law, Social Sciences, and International Affairs, University of St. Gallen, <span class=\"address country\">Switzerland<\/span>. Dr. Syarifa received her master and bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering Department, ITS. Her research area involving performance management and measurement, human resources management, and strategic management.
