He earned Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Electrical Engineering from Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, Indonesia, and Master&#8217;s degree in Quality Management from RMIT University, Australia, where he won Best Graduate Award. He completed his PhD degree in Business Management from Monash University in 2003. His areas of research interest are mainly focused on quality, operations, supply chain, and innovation management, and he has over 100 publications, including journal articles, conference papers, edited research books, book chapters, and industry reports.\u00a0His research papers have been published in leading journals, including International Journal of Operations and Production Management, International Journal of Production Research, International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of Supply Chain Management, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, Omega, European Journal of Operational Research, Technovation, RandD Management, Journal of Small Business Management. His research publications have received over 10,000 citations (Google Scholars).
