Since its establishment in 2011, the Business Management Department at ITS has rapidly grown and now offers three prominent study programs: Bachelor’s in Business Management, Bachelor’s in Digital Business, and Master’s in Management Science. We are proud to be one of the departments with the highest level of internationalization at ITS, consistently striving to produce globally competitive graduates.<\/p>\n

Our tagline, “Creating Future Business Leaders,” reflects our commitment to equipping students with the skills and knowledge needed to become the next generation of business leaders. To achieve this, MB-ITS implements modern, interactive, and inclusive learning methods. We employ innovative approaches such as Problem-Based Learning and Lab-Based Education, designed to give students real-world experience in tackling business challenges. Students are actively involved in interactive discussions, case studies, internships, and collaborative projects that reflect the latest business trends and challenges.<\/p>\n

Our programs are supported by experienced practitioner lecturers and Adjunct Professors from top international universities, bringing global insights into the learning process. In addition, our smart classrooms are equipped with international comfort standards, creating a conducive and modern learning environment.<\/p>\n

As a department focused on collaboration, we welcome partnerships with industries, from large corporations to SMEs, fostering synergy in innovation and economic empowerment. We also actively engage in international partnerships with universities worldwide through exchange programs, joint degrees, and the Kampus Merdeka initiatives, offering students the opportunity to learn outside the classroom through internships and business incubation programs.<\/p>\n

We invite prospective students, faculty, researchers, and industry partners to collaborate with us in developing high-quality curricula, education, and research that are relevant to the progress of business and management.<\/p>\n
