In carrying out its operational activities, Business Management Department has formed an organizational structure that is compatible with the organizational structure of Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. In implementing the program, the Head of Department is assisted by the Deputy Head of  Department, Head of Laboratories who responsible for operational in each laboratory, Student Advisor Coordinator who communicate directly with student organizations, International Relations Coordinator who manages international affair, Internship, Practical Work, Thesis Coordinator who manages internship, practical work, and undergraduate thesis, and also Head of Non-Academic Staff who assists day-to-day operations.
