National Meeting IV of PTNBH Quality Assurance Network Strengthens Collaboration and Innovation in Higher Education in Indonesia<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\"\"<\/p>\n

The ITS Quality Assurance Team attended the National Meeting IV of the PTNBH Quality Assurance Network (JPM) held by the Open University at Santika Hotel, Seminyak, Bali, on November 5-7, 2024. The event was attended by quality assurance leaders and practitioners from various State Universities with Legal Entities (PTNBH) throughout Indonesia with the aim of strengthening collaboration and sharing best practices in improving the quality of national higher education.<\/p>\n

The topic of the IV National Meeting was \u201cSynergy of National Accreditation Institutions and PDDIKTI in the Context of Accreditation After the Enactment of Permendikbudristek 53 of 2023 Towards Superior Quality PTN-BH\u201d. This topic is very relevant because it relates to collaboration and the implications of Permendikbudristek 53 of 2023 on the implementation of quality assurance for PTN-BH.<\/p>\n

The significant changes that need to be anticipated together make this theme even more important. The transformation towards superior higher education cannot be separated from the important role of the National Accreditation Institution (BAN-PT\/LAM) which has a great responsibility in standardizing the quality of education offered by PTN-BH. BAN-PT and LAM must also ensure that every accreditation process is carried out objectively, transparently, and reflects the quality and competitiveness of the institution both at the national and international levels.<\/p>\n

The accreditation system in accordance with Permendikbudristek No. 53 of 2023 requires PDDIKTI as a data portal for the implementation of higher education for all tertiary institutions nationally, to play a strategic and crucial role as the main database for BAN-PT and LAM in conducting Monitoring and Evaluation of Higher Education Quality for Extension of Accredited Status (PEMPT) and Accreditation \/ Reaccreditation of universities and study programs.<\/p>\n

Therefore, it is important for 24 PTN-BH to understand in detail the mechanism of work and interconnectivity between the BAN-PT website, the Independent Accreditation Agency (LAM), and PDDIKTI.<\/p>\n

The speakers in the IV National Meeting of the Quality Assurance Network (JPM) PTNBH this time were:<\/p>\n

  2. David Aulia Akbar Adhieputra, S.Kom., M.T.I. (PJ Sistem Informasi Pendidikan Tinggi PDDikti). Sesi ini dipandu oleh Prof. Dr. Mohammad Ima Farisi, M.Pd., Kepala Kantor Penjaminan Mutu UT sebagai Moderator.<\/li>\n
  3. Prof. Dr. H. Muchlas Samani, M.Pd. (Ketua Majelis Akreditasi LAMDIK) yang membahas proses akreditasi berdasarkan Permendikbudristek No. 53\/2023.<\/li>\n
  4. Prof. Dr. Dian Agustia, SE., M.Si., Ak., CA. (Ketua Majelis Akreditasi LAMEMBA) yang memaparkan peran dan tanggung jawab LAM dalam akreditasi.<\/li>\n
  5. Dr. Dra. Melania Suweni Muntini, M.T. (Wakil Direktur Keuangan LAMSAMA) yang membahas peran LAMSAMA dalam proses akreditasi.<\/li>\n
  6. Prof. Zainal A. Hasibuan, Ph.D. (Ketua Majelis Akreditasi LAMINFOKOM) yang menjelaskan pergeseran paradigma sistem akreditasi nasional.<\/li>\n
  7. Dr. Deasy Silvya Sari, S.IP., M.Si. (Bendahara Dewan Eksekutif LAMSPAK) yang membahas tanggung jawab LAMSPAK dalam akreditasi.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
