The Working Meeting held in January 2025 in Banyuwangi demonstrated the active involvement of internal stakeholders, particularly the teaching staff of the Computer Engineering Undergraduate Program at the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology, in the process of drafting and refining academic documents. This forum served as a strategic platform for discussing, evaluating, and establishing the direction of study program development aligned with industry needs, technological developments, and higher education standards.
As shown in Figure 1, the working meeting focused on discussing the annual work program and establishing the Independent Professional Profile (PPM), Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL), and the curriculum as the main foundations of education delivery. Meanwhile, Figure 2 demonstrates the active involvement of the teaching staff in constructive and collaborative discussions, which played a crucial role in formulating an adaptive curriculum development strategy oriented toward improving graduate quality.
