The Department of Computer Engineering, ITS will conduct the Formulir Rencana Studi (FRS) and Academic Advising for the Odd Semester of the 2026/2027 Academic Year. The activity will be conducted offline and will involve students and their respective Academic Advisors.
The FRS and academic advising process is intended to assist students in planning and confirming the courses they will take during the Odd Semester of the 2026/2027 Academic Year.
For continuing students, FRS and academic advising will be conducted on:
Students are expected to plan their studies and subsequently meet with their respective Academic Advisors to discuss and obtain approval for their FRS.
For new students, FRS and academic advising will be conducted on:
New students will receive a pre-arranged FRS course package. Therefore, they do not need to independently select their courses. Students are required to meet with their respective Academic Advisors to request approval of their FRS.
All students participating in the FRS process are expected to follow the designated schedule and coordinate with their respective Academic Advisors. The academic advising process will be conducted in person to ensure that each student’s study plan complies with applicable academic requirements.
Students are encouraged to prepare all necessary information and documents for the advising session and follow the instructions provided by their Academic Advisors.
