Secara lebih spesifik, data dari kedua metode tersebut didapatkan dari pengukuran menggunakan radiasi sinkrotron.<\/p>\n<p>Buku ini terdiri atas pertama, pengenalan mengenai radiasi sinkrotron. kedua berkaitan dengan teori-teori mengenai difraksi dan absorpsi. Setelah itu diperkenalkan beberapa teknik pengukuran difraksi dan absorpsi menggunakan radiasi sinkrotron. Bagian berikutnya berkaitan dengan pengenalan penggunaan perangkat lunak untuk analisis data difraksi dan absorpsi. Lebih detil mengenai implementasi perangkat-perangkat diperkenalkan pada bagian berikutnya.
